Filtration Sand Control Screen

The filter sand control screen is composed of casing, high-density punching sleeve, and stainless steel matching ring. It has the characteristics of precisely controllable pores, large flow area, high overall strength and strong anti-deformation ability, excellent corrosion resistance, and high reliability.

Features:

1. The outer casing adopts stainless steel screen or stainless steel plate punching spiral welded pipe or wire-wound welded screen. The base pipe adopts API standard casing or oil pipe, and the material is oil pipe of J55, N80 and other materials, which has high strength and is not easy to deform.

2. The drilling holes are uniform and smooth without burrs.

3. The whole is anti-corrosion treated to form a dense protective layer on each surface of the screen, which improves the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the screen, and can effectively extend its life of underground work.

4. Simple operation, easy to use, large inner diameter, easy to configure with pipe string.

Product application scope: The screen can be used for various oil wells, gas wells, and water wells with casing completion and open well completion, such as vertical wells, inclined wells, and horizontal wells. It can be used alone as a sand control column or in combination with filling.

Note: The length of the base pipe and the diameter and gap size of the screen can be made according to customer requirements.
