After testing, the main reason is the vibration of the side plates and bearings of the screen frame. If rubber plates are added to the side plates, feed ports and discharge ports of the screen box, the vibration of the side plates can be effectively suppressed and the radiation noise can be reduced. The steel screen plate can be replaced with a polyurethane screen plate with a small elastic modulus and low impact noise.

In addition, the working characteristics of the vibrating screen make it very complicated to replace parts. It is time-consuming and laborious to replace the stainless steel screen and bearings. When purchasing, you need to pay attention to the selection of the screen machine and choose a screen machine that uses a hydraulic system to press the screen. Replacing the screen only requires raising and lowering the hydraulic system, which is convenient for the use and maintenance of the equipment.
