Third, after taking the coolant out, do not stay in the air for a long time. It must be placed in a tempering furnace for processing. During the tempering process, low temperature temper brittleness and high temperature temper brittleness should be avoided. For screens with higher precision requirements, multiple tempering treatments can be performed after quenching to eliminate the internal stress of the workpiece and reduce the amount of deformation.
