Hot dip galvanizing process of iron fence

The process flow of hot-dip galvanizing of iron art guardrails:

1. Inspection and treatment before pickling: Check whether the iron art workpiece has the process holes for galvanizing in our factory, the degree of rust on the surface of the iron art workpiece, and whether the surface covering can be removed by hydrochloric acid.

2. Degreasing: Equipped with heating equipment to remove grease, paint, etc. on the surface of the iron art workpiece.

3. Water washing: Remove alkaline water and attachments on the surface of the iron art workpiece.

4. Pickling: Remove rust, oxide scale and other surface coverings.

5. Inspection and treatment after pickling: Whether the pickling effect is ideal. If the pickling is not sufficient, pickle again. If the treatment before pickling is not thorough, it needs to be re-processed and pickled again.

6. Water washing: Remove acid water and other attachments on the surface of the iron art workpiece.
