Many people think that stainless steel will never rust, and stainless steel has excellent corrosion resistance. The reason is that the surface constitutes a passivation film, which exists in the form of a more stable oxide in nature. That is to say, although stainless steel has different degrees of oxidation according to different operating conditions, it is eventually oxidized. This phenomenon is generally called corrosion.

If there is dust on the surface of the stainless steel material and it is easy to remove the dirt, it can be washed with soap, weak detergent or warm water. The trademark and film on the stainless steel surface should be washed with warm water and weak detergent, and the adhesive component should be wiped with alcohol or organic solvent (ether, benzene). If the grease, oil and lubricating oil on the stainless steel surface is polluted, wipe it with a soft cloth, and then use a neutral detergent or ammonia solution or a special detergent to clean it.

Bleach and various acids are attached to the surface of the stainless steel filter. Immediately rinse it with water, then immerse it with ammonia solution or neutral carbonated soda water solution, and wash it with neutral detergent or warm water. There are rainbow patterns on the surface of the stainless steel screen, which is caused by excessive use of detergent or oil. It can be washed off with warm water-based detergent when washing.

The rust caused by the dirt on the stainless steel surface can be washed with 10% nitric acid or abrasive detergent, or it can be washed with special washing chemicals.
